replaces your blood decals (ins_blood) and flesh impact decals to orginal NWI pattern with a same effect as Liquified Blood Splatter also i have redone blood_burst_rtt texture to look more liqufied and increased the blood splatter resolutions. thanks to YSTB for the .vmt codes
