Titanfall HCOG for Eotech

Pooped this out on a whim as sort of an experiment with the zoom animations flexibility. Turned out pretty well, so here you go I guess. Doesn't use reticle textures at all and instead just hides it; maybe I'll put out a version later that does. Don't subscribe to a reticle after this or you'll be seeing it in front of the model's crosshairs, which looks really silly.
