Day of Infamy - Argentan

This is a revamp/port/whateveryouwannacallit of Day of Defeat’s “Argentan” for the WW2 mod “Day of Infamy”. I’ve worked to try and upgrade the visuals/presentation of the map with new textures/models/particles/lighting/sounds etc. You have to subscribe to Day of Infamy in order to play this map. This will most likely be my last DoD import for a while as I work on an original layout/map for Day of Infamy. Supported game modes: Firefight: Three objectives. Fight your way through the streets, but be cautious as you only have a single life. Reinforcements will only come if you capture an objective. type “map doi_argentan firefight” in the console to play this mode with bots. You may have to type “ins_bot_quota 8” in your console as well. Skirmish: Five objectives. Skirmish encourages you to flank your enemy while they are focused on the train station in order to take out their weapons cache. Be careful as they can do the same to you! type “map doi_argentan skirmish” in the console to play this mode with bots. You may have to type “ins_bot_quota 8” in your console as well. Occupy: One objective. Battle over the destroyed train station in the middle of the map. Have your teammates back you up with support from the buildings surrounding the area as you capture the point. Type “map doi_argentan occupy” in the console to play this mode with bots. You may have to type “ins_bot_quota 8” in your console as well. TO SET UP A PRIVATE SERVER TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: First, open your console and type “heartbeat” (no quotations for any of these commands). Press enter. Then type “ map ” So for example if I wanted to play skirmish I would type “map doi_argentan skirmish” The map should load, once you are in the server type “status” in the console. This should give you some information. You want to give your friends the first set of numbers in the udp/ip section before the colon.
