This is a more realistic, updated version of the older RES2 mod that brings the player more immersive and realistic gameplay, with MUCH MORE LOUD EXPLOSIONS, AND A LOT OF NEW FEATURES, AND NO MORE EAR RINGING! With this AddOn, you will be glad to hear much better, louder and bigger explosion sounds, thrown to EXTREME scary and realistic levels. S.: C4 explosives have in this mod, for obvious realistic reasons, weaker sounds than IEDs (In real life, C4 are just plastic explosive blocks tied in duct tape and rubber bands made to breach doors, destroy enemy assets as Ammo Stockpiles and disable light armored vehicles. With this in mind, C4 charges are not jacketed in metal as IED blocks, then they do not break apart in hundreds of shrapnel. The damage caused by C4 charges comes from the heat provided by the explosive action and the high pressure provided by the tight duct tape tiying the C4 blocks.
