Since this is 18mb, just wait a little bit before starting the game. This is a soundpack for the sprint sound, It replaces it with the famous sanic sound (Not Sonic). It takes about 10sec of sprinting to hear it, and you will continue to hear it until your character gets their breathe back in-game.
