Puts Fighters, Bombers, Navy, and other units behind a tech wall that takes (0 Points) 0 sec to unlock so that certain units can be disabled in the game configure screen. Keep in mind, the AI by default will not unlock these and therefore will not be able to have Ships, Aircraft, or Submarines even though the techs are free This tool is used if you want to have a No Aircraft or No Navy game, or for testing.
