Military Radar Purpose: Detect low-flying missiles, aircraft, and naval vessels over an extensive range. Low Flying Radar Purpose: Detect submerged, aerial, naval, and ground vehicles with a limited range. High Flying Radar Purpose: Detect aerial, naval, and ground vehicles with an extensive range, although it cannot determine the origin of missiles or precisely target them.
