Full Spectrum Dominance - Omnicide Submod

Full Spectrum Dominance is a submod for Omnicide. Adds extra tier of SAMs/ABMs for extra defense against the new 12 MIRV ICBMs and Hypersonics. Laser based weaponry has been added for additional SHORAD and ABM defense. New types of air-based munitions have been added such as glide bombs, EMPs, hypersonic cruise missiles, etc. Fundamentally, this mod boosts defenses, while making the air game more complex and stronger offensively as well as introduces electronic warfare. Naval assets are stronger, with Cruisers focusing on ABM defense while Destroyers on point defense/anti-sub. More space content is also planned but not yet in the works. The mod required OMNICIDE to run. MAKE SURE TO ADD THIS MOD ABOVE OMNICIDE ON THE LOAD ORDER. Special thanks to donuttron for Omnicide and for Tolis (Creator of Dawn at Midnight) allowing me to use his tech icons.
