Master Of Micro (OLD Data)

This started out as an attempt to fix the Master Of Micro Achievement as the Unit didn't look like it had the required Weapon to do the Job. Anyway, the root of the issue was finally tracked down, so this MOD is no longer required for that purpose anymore. Anyway, now it's just a Random Funny MOD for those people who just want to Launch as many NUKES at stuff as their Arsenal will allow. This MOD reduces the Cost of the actual Units, and the Mobile ICBM's come pre-loaded with 25 MRBM's upon being Built. They also wrap around the Planet and can move a lot faster, but the Damage hasn't changed, so they're only OP in large Numbers, since MRBM's are low cost.
