SANDBOX MODE: Parabellum (SUBMOD) Requirements: Parabellum Mod (Naval Super Mod) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2296927878 Description: Adds a Research button that when activated reduces all Units and Missiles costs to less than 1 Second. Some units may still take a few seconds to produce. (i.e. Airports/Carriers) Reduces all technologies research in Parabellum to 1:40. This is so the AI does not instantly research everything. Research cost can not be adjusted by another research. AI will have the research time reduction but will still build units at the normal rate as they will not research the SANDBOX Activation Technology.
