BETA: RECON AND INTELLIGENCE

WORK IN PROGRESS MOD: Adds new tech tree for Intelligence / Hacking / Dirty Bombs / Propaganda all delivered by 'Ghost' squads that can only be detected by Counter Intelligence Teams and Propaganda Towers. These Ghost Teams can hack/demolish/sabotage as well give important intel on what your enemy is doing. They are delivered by a special helo (Kiowa). This is a proof of concept and will be considered for part of Parabellum. If you use this with any mod that adds a new radar unit to the game, the Ghosts will show up on the new radar, this is why you must use the special version for Parabellum mod.
