peiqi Instant Skinning v1 (w251) User Guide

I. What This Is

All knives (28 total: stone knife, bone knife, iron knife, skinning knife, all Divine Craft knives, all Sigil knives, mission knife, Black Wolf knife, obsidian knife, etc.) have their skinning speed increased by +900%. Skinning that used to take a few seconds now takes roughly 1/10 of the original time.

Only the skinning cast bar is modified — no changes to damage, yield, or trophy rate.

II. Installation (pure pak, no file editing needed)

Copy peiqi-InstantSkin_P.pak to:

Game Directory\Icarus\Content\Paks\mods\

Launch the game, grab any knife, and skin an animal to activate.

Delete the pak to uninstall — no leftovers.

III. Conflict Warning (Important — Full-Table Overwrite Mechanism)

This package contains a full D_ItemsStatic.json table and is mutually exclusive with the following mods. If installed together, whichever full table loads last overwrites the earlier one (winner takes all):

× 10x Stack + Weight Reduction + Player & Pet Teleport Combined Pack

× Handheld Map Teleport mod

× Item Finder

× Standalone Light Switch

× Building Transform Rotate/Resize Mod

No conflict — can be stacked freely:

√ Stack & Weight Reduction (only modifies D_Itemable)

√ Player Real EXP, De-Fog, Resource Reset (different table names)

If you want "teleport + stacking + instant skin" all at once, you'll need a 2-in-1 merged pack. Contact the author to rebuild it (takes 1 minute).

IV. Speed Adjustment

Currently +900%. If you find it too slow/fast, tell the author a number (e.g., +1900% for basically instant skin), and a new version can be rebuilt.
