DW's armour rework WIP

Hello prospector! 

this mod is my vision i will be actively working on over the next few weeks until i think its balanced and suited for a better experience with set bonuses actually progressing with you as you play 

most of the base game armours now have an extra 2% felling mining and harvesting modifiers giving a slight boost to most easy crafted armour (might get upped to 5% for some armours)

I HAVE NERFED THE CX-400 ARMOUR AND HAVE MADE BEAST MASTER ARMOUR THE BETTER END GAME OPTION FOR NON DLC OWNERS TO AIM TOWARDS

THE REASON BEAST MASTER ARMOUR IS THE NON DLC END GAME ARMOUR IS BECAUSE OF REASRCH COST + THE INABILITY TO OBTAIN OBSIDIAN ON STYX OR OLYMPUS + INABILITY TO GET YELLOW EXOTICS TO USE AS CURRANCY

these armours have extream stat bonuses stabalisation has....

every gathering set at +30%

instant fell + mining 1%

30% hp regen

25% stamina regen

+ all base original statts
