CARNI (Watch these analog horror series where the idea came from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNc-jv3d2o0&list=PLoQCowtS-bYLdCasDSl0rMqEfcswN2L3Q) The CARCAS operatives are about to raid a semi-abandoned factory owned by the Nutrire. Co and their cultists. But suddenly, a mysterious sexy guy in a latex (?) balaklava arrives and tells the soldiers to hold on and wait for him outside. This handsome, gorgeous man is 100% not Miami Mutilator. Kill all the cultists as the Mutilator and save the world blah-blah. The level features some custom enemies, weapons, objects and tiles.
