Drag and drop the map folder there; * After that, open Hotline Miami 2 and go to the Editor, then to the SINGLE LEVELS > LOCAL section. The map will appear alongside all other manually installed/locally created levels. - It even took me a while to get the muscle memory and finding out some strategies to try and maintain high combos. Yes I know it can be infuriating at times.
