At the Middle of 1980 in Miami, violation rate has been raised up about 34%, according to Miami PD "There are some masked protesters besides regular criminals. Most of the time in their protests is about Mafias and Gangs. They use primitive ways to protest such as showing corpses of Mafia or Gang members. They aren't doing anything to our officers yet.
