An attempt to create Forbidden West inspired textures for the Zero Dawn Utaru. There's still some things I'd like to improve on this, but with less time for modding I wanted to share out an initial version.
To Install: Extract and drop Patch_utaruretexture.bin file into your Packed_DX12 folder (for example - C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Horizon Zero Dawn\Packed_DX12)
