Simply extract into the Packed_DX12 folder.
Add alternative version: Swap Banuk Werak Chieftain Adept to Nude Aloy.

In case of conflict the game starts, but the home screen is black.
There are complaints. I updated the mod again and renamed the file to avoid conflicts with other mods generated through the Aloy's Adjustments interface. There is nothing more to do. With me and with others it is working, so I have exhausted my possibilities. If you are unable to make it work, check if there are other mods installed, as these others may be conflicting. If there are a lot of complaints, I’ll take the Nexus mod out, so positive feedbacks are welcome too.
