The Thunder Elite Leggings Refined mod is here. I took the classic Nora aesthetic, stripped away the unnecessary weight, and tuned it for maximum tactical velocity. They are refined, refreshed, and absolutely ready to slide into the fight (and probably directly into a Thunderjaw's ankles).
