Important Notice:
I think by now most of us have played hundreds of hours with these mods and at this point they are pretty stable but I guarantee something at some point will appear wonky and can be easily resolved by swapping armor sets back and forth or toggling helms on/off in the settings menu. Though I haven't noticed any data integrity or save file corruption issues I always recommend backing up your game and/or save files just in case so you don't lose any progress.
