Faster Shade Cloak

This mod shortens its cooldown, and the recharge flash is sped up to match, so the visual cue still tells you exactly when you can phase through enemies again.

Features

• []Faster recharge: choose from 10% to 50% faster than the vanilla 1. 5 second cooldown.[/]

  []Always shadow dash: the cloak recharges as fast as your regular dash, so every dash is a shadow dash. Works with Dashmaster: equip or unequip it at a bench and the mod adapts on your next dash.[/]

  []Matching visuals: the recharge flash is timed to the new cooldown instead of playing at vanilla speed.[/]

  []Changes apply instantly, no restart needed when using the in-game config menu.[/]

  []Save-safe: nothing is written to your save file. You can add or remove the mod at any time.[/]

    Requirements

    • []BepInEx 5 (tested with 5. 4. 23. 2)[/]

      Installation

      • []Install BepInEx 5 into your Hollow Knight folder and launch the game once so it creates its folders.[/]

        []Extract the archive into the Hollow Knight folder. You should end up with:

        BepInEx/plugins/FasterShadeCloak/FasterShadeCloak.dll[/]

        []Launch the game.[/]

        Configuration

        Press F1 in-game if you have Configuration Manager installed, or edit this file after the first launch:

        BepInEx/config/lertoss.hk.fastershadecloak.cfg

        Uninstallation

        Delete the BepInEx/plugins/FasterShadeCloak folder. Your saves are not affected.

        Compatibility

        Should work with most other mods. It may conflict with mods that also change the Shade Cloak cooldown or its recharge effect.
