Unified Basic Casts

Description

In vanilla, basic casts deals very small damage for the first 3 hits and large damage on the fourth one. I want to change that behavior so that each hit deals the same amount of damage without the need to combo them between spells.

Changes

- remove basic casts combo damage multifier to flatten the damage curve. All basic casts now deal the same damage.

- Offered alternative versions to boost damage of every basic casts.

Compatibility notes

Use Hogwarts Mod Merger to generate a mod that will consolidate changes of mods that modify the same packaged file.

Changed the following values (on default mod, which is basic cast damage x1):

PhoenixShipData.sqlite

* SpellDefinition table

-> "Stupefy" damage changed from 3 to 8

-> "StupeyHeavy" damage changed from 23 to 8

Special thanks to BannerAD and the mod I based this one on Consistent Basic Cast. Unfortunately, his mod is "old" and was provoking some instability as well as freezing some missions in my playthrough, so I decided to create a new one with current game versions.
