In the Vanilla Version most of the Enemies are Protected from getting killed by 1 hit. This Mod Turns this Protection off. Every Enemy is able to Die with 1 hit, Aslong as you Deal that Damage.
Except Crucio, the Enemies will still stay on 1 HP as i noticed so far.
