Hogwarts Shadows Redone

This is a WIP mod utilizing console commands where possible some may or may not work, please work together and post back any areas you found in playing that this causes issues for you please state where and what you were doing when it occurred. Please feel free to give your feedback and knowledge on the subject if you know more as this is for the community to enjoy. Keep in mind this is tailored for my computer if it doesn't run well it wasn't meant to, I'm willing to play around for lower end systems though once I get the initial release working where I'm happy with it. Remember I did not create these exist in the engine and the game can use some of them so once again this is more meant to be a community project to keep working on this if there is enough interest to do so.

installation simply open up appdata folder by going to your search bar and typing %appdata% then hit enter, next navigate to AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor place inside.
