Functional Elder Wand - Cast Damage Lowered

Nerfs the basic cast damage when you're in Elder Wand Cast mode (toggled using the Functional Elder Wand Cast mod).

Please note I wasn't able to make the basic cast perform the same way as it does vanilla. :( Each attack will do equal amounts of damage instead of the fourth hit doing the most damage. When in Elder Wand mode, your basic cast will work as if you're using Consistent Basic Cast.

Additionally, you won't receive the benefits of having the perk Basic Cast Mastery since this is technically a different spell than default basic cast! So if you'll be using the Elder Wand Cast mod, skip this perk!!

If you are using any mods that alter SQL data, you'll have to use Hogwarts Mod Merger!
