Deeper Voice for MMC (and tools to make your own voice)

I have the rolled back version of the game!!! i DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WORKS WITH THE NEW UPDATE.

Feel free to test it, but I promise nothing. Just drop it into the ~mods folder like always.

There are two files : one replaces all actual voice lines, and the other one (called EFFORT) replaces the grunts, groans, jumping/falling noises, etc. I kept these separate in case you only want the main lines, because the AI voice replacer can sometimes sound REALLY wonky on non-verbal lines. Understand the limits of Ai, and know that not everything comes out perfectly. Some spell lines sound great, some sound kinda weird (Confringo, for ex.)

ALSO!!!! For some reason that I cannot fix, the voice no longer has subtitles. If you NEED subtitles, then this probably isn't for you.
