Description
Moves and resizes the mission timer to be less obstructive. Specifically, positions it above the mission objectives.
Now includes more options:

]Small Objectives: Makes the objectives list in the top left smaller (requested by Anon52) - Tiny Timer: Reduces the timer size even further to match the font size of the Small Objectives
