Red Tie Kiwi Fix

The red tie kiwi toy you unlock from Featured Contracts (same Kiwi toy from New Zealand, but now with tie and suit) does not have the squeak feature original toy has (when you step on it, it makes a sound attracting people). Which makes it pretty much useless in normal game. I decided to fix that, and while looking into the files of this toy, I found a removed, or rather disabled feature, working perfectly well for both variants of the toy (Red Tie Kiwi, and normal toy variant found in New Zealand) - while holding the toy in your hands, agent can squeak it by pressing an interaction button, attracting people who heard the sound.

With those two fixes applied, it should make that little dubious bird a bit more useful in your runs. Enjoy!
