Mixtape 47 in Freelancer

Adds Mixtape 47 to the supplier desk in the safehouse.

Optional options that can be toggled are:

- Non illegal mixtape that makes the mixtape not an illegal item anymore

- Make it always spawn in your inventory

- Sound range buff

Compatible with Boldys Qol bundle spawning items

Notes:

- The mixtape is still perceived as a weapon when spotted by npcs.

It is not illegal to hold in hand, to place, drop, pick up or for the mixtape to be in your inventory when getting frisked.

When its spotted, npcs will just go to a guard for them to pick it up

- The Mixtape costs 2 slots in freelancer.

If you want to disable this, simply remove the "weight.repository.json" in the mod folder after installing (not deploying) the mod in SMF.

This file is located in "C/yourgamedirectory/Simple Mod Frame Work/Mods/Tumbler. EverGreenMixTape47/content/chunk0/weight.repository.json"

- The option to buff the audio range changes it to nearly double the value.

- Check your pockets

Enabling the "spawn in inventory" option will make the Mixtape not appear on the suplier desk. That's because it's already in your inventory.
