Functional backpacks

Description

This mod adds 3 functional backpack to hitman WOA. 

They basically work like holsterable suitcases so you can freely climb without having to drop the suitcase.

In order to to not trivialize the suitcases I made it so the backpacks do not knock out the NPCs when hit but only knock them down. I might further balance them in the future.

It is also compatible with freelancer. You will find them hanging on the coat hanger as you enter the wardrobe room.

There are 2 SMF options:

1- Peacock: I recommend using the peacock option as it adds extra slots for the backpacks for the normal missions. This version also works fine with official servers freelancer as the backpacks are spawned in by default so you are just not able to use them in normal missions.

2- Official servers:  I made an online patch so you can use them in the normal missions on the official servers. You must keep in mind it it replacing existing backpacks (toolbox, ica briefcase, artic toolcase). This version might have conflicts with mods that let you take the suitcases on freelance missions (haven't tested yet).
