Disable Crosshair and Misc Edits

Works online.

Disable Crosshair:

I like playing without crosshairs, you might too. No grey dot when holding a weapon, and no crosshair when aiming. This includes dartguns, while sniper scopes are unchanged.

Known results include missing easy shots against cameras, frequently failing Perfect Shot and Headshot Kills Only complications, and being unable to do cross-map silenced pistol kills. Bring a sniper rifle.

Known issue: Blindfire still has its crosshair, I couldn't find a way to remove that without editing the HUD.

This functions by editing the weapon entities, not the HUD itself, and therefore should be compatible with everything.

OPTIONAL Misc Edits:

There are also two minor secondary features. All are optional, and only the disable crosshair is activated by default.

1. Rarity Adjustments

Swaps the rarity and price of ICA Chrome and Concept 5, and TAC-4 SA Jungle and TAC-4 AR Desert. The former is so that there are two unsilenced pistols in the epic category, and the latter is because I like the SA rifles and it's a waste that both are rares. If you want something else it's very simple, though you'll need a tool like RPKG to look up IDs.

This doesn't change their weapon wall positions. Not worth the effort.

2. Ancestral Rifle Bugfix

The ancestral sniper rifle's price has a typo, only 389 instead of the intended 38900. This fixes that. Don't die with your now very expensive gun.
