It's a pity that "Any NPC as Possible Freelancer Target" doesn't work in Freelancer Varation.

So, I make a similar mod and it can work in Freelancer Varations.

Just as the title said: Any NPC can be a possible target and this mod can work in Freelancer Varations.

Tips: This mod works when you start a new campagin after you deploy this mod. Need simple mod framework to deploy this mod.
