Truly Nuclear Hellbombs

I was beaten to the punch on this one since I've been busy re-patching and IRL between work/school and everyone in my house but me being sick so i have to do a bunch more than usual. But i've been chipping away at this since a day or two after Cyberstan came out so i'm releasing it anyways even if i typically avoid knowingly stepping on people's toes.

However this is ~10% the filesize, and comes in a standalone package. I tried to do more but this effect is VERY complex and doesn't like being edited so there's only 1 other option in there for the time being.

KNOWN ISSUES:

- Mushroom cloud spawns diagonal/misaligned when detonating certain broken hellbombs scattered around the map that are tilted at extreme angles (ice planets mainly)

- I tried REALLY hard to fix this one but it's a no-go, this explosion was never designed to happen anywhere other than on the perfectly flat ground of a cyborg assembly unit, so it doesn't interact well when the hellbombs are sideways. Thankfully the portable one is fine no matter what orientation it's in. This is why the 'no mushroom cloud' option exists by the way.
