TF2 Soldier as Eagle-1 - July Update Fix

this just replaces the voices lines, the subtitles are left untouched

this was more of a personal mod for a while, but I decided to upload it if people want a bit more variety

this was inspired from the other Tf2 Soldier - Eagle One voice replacement so go check it out too

I used other lines for when soldier comes back from rearm and used his jeers lines when he needs to leave for rearm, so he sounds more upset about leaving the battlefield

also used the banner sounds when he comes gun blazing with the eagle
