Changes the SEAF voices to the Republic Soldier ( 2005 Star Wars Battlefront II )

Made to compliment Degabait's Clone SEAF Mod.

The original scope of this mod is to use as much of the Original Material as possible. Then fill the gaps with custom AI voice deliveries.
Currently, Its not perfect, but it's in working order.
When making anything there are two steps. Step 1 is to make it exist, Step 2 is to make it better.
When this mod is complete it will be merged into my NPC Voice Replacements mod.
This mod is Compatible with Arsenal Mod Loader.
