skips the intro, alongside the beginning PSA thing.

choose your language just in-case, for some reason the audio has to end in order for the intro to stop and load the splash screen.

fix of TorunS' mod.

apparently someone at arrowhead changed some archive IDs, and now i fixed them, id assume they split the intro to where the VIDEO is seperate from the AUDIO, and instead of having to have the same video copy pasted with a new audio, they can dynamically change it with the intended audio / language when necessary.
