Changes the audio for the Orbital Railgun to say "Bitches Love Cannons" with a surprise after fired. Similar to the Alucard version but Seras is saying it, if you want any other mods let me know. I have a Hellbomb for Alucard in the works
Different from my other mods but here we are.......... Nobody else is making it so why not make it myself?
