Rouge the Bat

Adds Rouge the Bat to the game, featuring various mix-and-match outfits, as well as jiggle physics for breast and butt

It also modifies the character's animations when aiming a weapon, to prevent the ears from blocking the view while aiming in third-person

Replace the following armor set with  Rouge the Bat:

-RS-89 Shadow Paragon

-RS-67 Null Cipher

-TG-8 Sharpshooter

-DP-8 Mountain Scaled

-UF-16 Inspector

-CW-36 Winter Warrior

-CW-22 Kodiak
