Retro-Futuristic 10x Scope with RDB (LUTs)

MOD UPDATED AND WORKING FOR 28/04/2026 "EXO EXPERTS" PATCH.

Description

I always felt like, for a retro-futuristic space game, where the developers have stated that they want to avoid designs in the game looking too contemporary (mainly in reference to why they are allergic to putting pouches on armours) that the sights in Helldivers II are incredibly contemporary looking, so I made some modifications to the 10x Scope housing do give it an 80s-inspired Retro-futuristic look (by making the scope housing into a boxy inverted trapezium), as well as removing some of the useless greebles in favour of adding substantive detail to the mesh in the form of a Red Dot Backup sight piggybacking on top.

Main features

-Reshaped the Scope housing to be an inverted trapezium.

-Removed brackets on the left and right sides of the scope.

-added legs on top of Scope Mount for the attachment of the RDB.

-Added Red Dot Back up sight on top of Scope Mount.

-Adjusted NAC (Normal, Ambient Occlusion, Curvature) map for RDB, RDB mount, and scope housing.

-Adjusted ID Mask for RDB, and RDB mount.
