Replace 5mm Thread Protector With Radial Ported Muzzle Brake

MOD BROKEN AS OF 28/04/2026. UPDATE IN PROGRESS.

Same as my Replace 8mm Thread Protector with Radial Ported Brake mod; this mod edits the mesh of the Thread protector to look like a bog-standard Radial Ported Muzzle Brake, as I wanted the handling benefits of the "No muzzle device" option, but do not like how naked the rifles in Helldivers look without a muzzle device.

This affects the Liberator, Liberator Penetrator, Liberator Concussive, Liberator Carbine, Stalwart, and Pacifier. (any rifle that takes 5mm muzzle devices)
