Gives the Talon and Trident the power of Prism Technology
Replaces the firing sounds for both the Talon and Trident with Prism beams from Red Alert 2. I did try to apply this to the Sickle as well, but its fire rate was too quick for the Prism sound effects to be properly utilized.
