Project Wingman Prez and Galaxy replacement

Alright ramblers, let's get rambling.

Soo the mod changes all Eagle-1's voice lines and (most of) Democracy Officer lines during the mission for the voices of (as you might've already realised) ever-loving Prez and Galaxy from Project Wingman.

As for specifics

## Democracy Officer lines for MISSION SUCCESFUL-EXTRACT/DEATH and MISSION FAILED-EXTRACT/DEATH are mostly unique

and around 90 % of them are replaced. These last like 10% are either event lines

(like Dark Fluid, Operation something Freedom, TCS yada yada) or the lines I can't figure out in witch moment trigger.

If possible I would ask to report of any unedited lines and when they trigger in the comment section

## Good old commissioned voice lines and something from PW's discord channel included too ##

## In order to get immersive-esque feel and to try maintaining authenticity, for this VO I merged everything with everything

meaning all of character's lines are not their OG version but different lines from different missions cut together ##

## For one particular reason these voicelines are less coherent and you can find them noisy and the reason for that is simple.

Helldivers 2 voiceover stored in file system in it's clear state but in game radio filter is being add on through the audio bus.

On the other hand Project Wingman's VO is already edited with radio noise meaning adding it's lines in Helldivers 2 makes it DOUBLE noisy.

Obviously I've tried different approaches to fix things but it sadly didn't work out so here we are ##

## So because of that I highly encourage you to change your Sound Effects and Dialogue volume to something like 11- 8 ##

# Subtitles are unedited because 141 lines of dialogue is quiet a lot to edit but I might add it in time ##

Installation

##...is typical to any other audio mod via either HD2ModMangager 

or manually dropping files to: <your steam library>\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data ##
