No Blood or Gunk On Player.

This only affects blood and gunk, it does not touch evironmental effects like snow, oil or mud, nor does it affect burn or explosive damage.

I have tried to change those things, but the only way to do it without causing other visual bugs seems to require a massive material overhaul, and you can't pay me to do that.

As far as I can tell, this mod also doesn't cause you to turn a shiny black when hit by enemies.

Please be aware that this won't necessarily work with all mods. This mod changes a texture that all LUT materials (afaik) point to. If a mod saves a material (with the default settings) in the SDK, it'll create random IDs and unique textures for that material, which will result in it no longer pointing to the default blood texture, which means this mod won't remove blood from the mesh that modded material is on.

To make it easy; if a mod is an ID-swap or Kit-bash mod, they'll likely have saved materials, so this mod might not work on the relevant armours correctly. Weapons don't get gunk or blood so anything to do with them should be A. O. K.

It is possible for modders to make this mod compatible (either by making the materials blood texture point to the correct archive, or by just replacing their modded one with the texture from this mod), but that's up to them.
