Turns the SR-24 Street Scout armor into a HECU marine since the camo looks similar to each other. Works with both brawny and lean body type. Must own 'Urban Legends' warbond.

There are small rips in between the arms and the torso, i have done my best to hide them but can still be visible if you pay attention close enough. I blame whoever designed the HD2 armor system
