Heavy Urban Spartan Armor - Halo - Fixed

Replaces the Roadblock armor

Any other armors replaced by this is not a bug, This is an AH issue and there is nothing i can do to fix it so do not ask or report other armors are not working with this. The Urban halo mods are only meant to work with each-other.

Use stocky, there is a lean version but it is purely so that there isnt a bugged armor if someone runs the lean version, it will not be updated apart from something that is insanely broken and distracting while playing.

The helmet will not be released by itself, the light Urban covers that, and this helmet is too tall to work with vanilla, so dont ask.

I will not port this to any other armorset, so do not ask.
