GR-14 Devastator replaces GR-8 Recoilless Rifle

Description

A custom kitbashed weapon and backpack to alter the original look of the Recoilless Rifle. The main body is untouched (can't really beat the classic Carl Gustaf) with slightly altered grips. The backpack is fully custom, replacing the vanilla "five high-explosive shells shoved into circular loops" look with an internal ammo rack. The idea is that a mechanism feeds them downwards as you fire, meaning you always pull ammo from the same location (the bottom left, where your Diver visually reaches during reloading).

The Devastator is based on the original Recoilless chassis, with grips from the HMG and a shoulder pad from the Commando.

The ammo pack is based on the SEAF radio pack, because it has nice greebling and is vaguely rectangular. I'm aware that the interior has a few crunchy-looking textures. This is because I am Bad At Modding™!

The armor/weapon mods shown in the background of the screenshots can be found on my profile. In particular, the FR-24 Bastion recently received an update to include a Lean body type. Neat. Shameless plug!

Does this mod have conflicts with any other types of mods?

Yes. It will override (or be overridden by, depending on your load order) anything that modifies the model of the Decimator.

Is this mod LUT compatible?

Mostly Not. Some of the base components will accept other LUT mods, but they're not designed to do so because I don't really know how.

Will you make a mod for next?

Possibly! Feel free to ask; I don't have any specific plans.

Will you change the colors to ?

Likely not, since this is my preferred color scheme, though you're welcome to do so yourself for private use. I can give you a few pointers if you reach out.

Arsenal is telling me the mod has conflicts. Can you fix them?

It'll still launch properly, in all likelihood, especially if it's conflicting with other mods of mine. Just means the same materials/textures are being used or overwritten by the patch file. If crashing or texture glitches occur, let me know!
