Enhanced Ambience SFX

Increases the volume of rain, wind and thunder for some biomes, it doesn't include all because I don't have access to the files of all the biomes

Different versions because I couldn't decide on the volume of the mix and during fights the volume is going to be reduced either way

This also affects the Exospire missions

Just Added some of the Environmental Hazards you can get in some biomes

- tornados

- fire tornados

- acid rain

- blizzards

- sandstorms

as you can imagine testing this was a pain since it heavily relies on rng and i still don't know if i'm completely happy with the changes, so i'm going to upload it and keep track of the feedback to see if i need to decrease or increase the volume of some of the hazards, so please leave your comments
