Deeper Helldiver Voices

A very basic mod that I made to give myself a small entry into modding for Helldivers 2.  The mod itself lowers all voices by a few half-steps.  It is not meant to be an overtly audible mod as there's a good chance when you hear them it won't sound drastically different.  Lowering them by any stronger values would cause them to sound wrong and off-putting.  Usually will not receive an update unless something is HORRIBLY wrong or new audio is added in future content.
