Cyberpunk Edgerunners Character Pack (ADAM SMASHER UPDATE)

Description

Night City never gave them a second chance.

Super Earth did.

David, Lucy and Rebecca have crossed the edge of a dream and landed in the Galactic War. This mod brings all three Edgerunners into HELLDIVERS 2 with their appearances from the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration.

There is no serious lore explanation here. Maybe something went wrong inside the Somnoire. Maybe Super Earth found another questionable recruitment method. Either way, the crew is back together, and this time Night City is the least of their problems.

Terminids, Automatons, Illuminate. It does not really matter. A job is still a job.

Night City remembers its legends by how they die.

Super Earth has a different idea.

Welcome back, chooms.

Adam Smasher has now been added to the pack as well.

Probably not the reunion they wanted, especially for David and Rebecca, but at least this time everyone has access to orbital bombardment.

The pack now includes all four characters as armor replacements for HELLDIVERS 2. More armor options may be added over time when I get around to them.

## David Martinez

A kid from Santo Domingo who kept pushing forward because the people around him still had dreams worth protecting.

David brings his yellow jacket, heavy chrome and impossible stubbornness to the Galactic War. He wanted to reach the top of Night City, even when every new implant pushed him closer to the edge.

Now he has been given another battlefield and an unlimited supply of reinforcements.

“Whatever, choom. Like I give a shit.”

## Lucy

A quiet and deadly netrunner who always saw Night City for what it was.

Lucy spent her life running from Arasaka and looking toward the moon. She rarely talks about her past, but when the Net opens, she is usually the most dangerous person in the room.

She escaped one corporate nightmare. Now she gets to work for Super Earth.

At least the view from orbit is nice.

## Rebecca

Loud, loyal, trigger happy and completely incapable of doing anything halfway.

Rebecca may be the smallest member of the crew, but she usually brings the biggest guns. She will laugh through a firefight, empty the entire magazine and ask questions when everyone else has stopped moving.

Point her toward the largest problem on the map and try not to stand in front of her.

## Adam Smasher

Adam Smasher is Arasaka's full borg mercenary and the guy they send in when they want a problem removed rather than solved.

He is almost completely cybernetic, absurdly hard to kill and has been doing this kind of work for a very long time. Now you can send him after bugs instead.

Installation instructions

Manual Installation

• []Download the mod file from this page.[/]

  []Open the ZIP file and select the folder corresponding to the armor you wish to replace. [/]

  []Go to your Helldivers 2 data folder: `Steam\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data`[/]

  []Copy the extracted `.patch_0` file into the `data` folder.[/]

  []If you already have other mods installed, rename the file to the next available patch number.[/]

• []If you already have `.patch_0`, rename this file to `.patch_1`[/]

  []If you already have `.patch_0` and `.patch_1`, rename this file to `.patch_2`[/]

  []Make sure all patch files are numbered sequentially without gaps.[/]

  Mod Manager Installation

  • []The mod supports HD2 Arsenal. Drag the ZIP into the mod manager and choose the armor replacement you want to enable.[/]

    Important Notes

    If the armor does not appear correctly in game, please check the following:

    []Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.[/]

    []Make sure the patch files are numbered correctly.[/]

    []Make sure there are no missing numbers between your patch files.[/]

    []Try installing only one armor replacement at a time.[/]

    []Check whether another armor or character mod is replacing the same files.[/]

    []If parts of the armor are missing, invisible, or mismatched, there may be a conflict with another installed mod.[/]
