Replaces the commissar and street scout armour with Arzyparzy's Automaton commissar design. The player design is altered by me to be more democratic.
This is a more original (hopefully) idea that replaces the commissar with ArzyParzy's Automaton commissar design. There is also a file that replaces the street scout armour set with a liberated Automaton fembot.
